2mins Eggless  Microwave Mug Cookie

Today i am going to show how to make mug cookies in 2mins in microwave with egg.

This cookie is very simple, tasty and delicious which can be done within 2mins.

Here i have added choco chips which is optional. you can use tutifruty or dry fruits which should chopped finely.

1.Maida - 4tbsp 

2.Powdered Sugar - 1tbsp 

3.Baking powder - 1/2tsp

4.Peanut Butter - 2tbsp 

5.Boiled Milk - 1/4cup

6. Choco chips - 2tbsp 

METHOD

Take a microwave mug and add all dry ingredients and mix well. 

Then add peanut butter and milk, combine well. 

Finally add chocolate chips and mix gently so that chocolate chips will be top of the mug. 

Now bake it in microwave at high temperature for 2mins. 

If your cookie isn't cooked, then continue microwaving  for another 10 seconds.
