 Easy Cooker Tomato Chutney 


Today i am going to show you how to make tomato chutney in pressure cooker. 

In our busy schedule we have cook very fast and do our other household work. so i preferred to do chutney in cooker which is  very easy for me to prepare early morning. 

Taste and texture is awesome. no one can findout its a pressure cooker chutney.

INGREDIENTS 


* Onion - 2

* Tomato- 3

* Tamarind - Small Size

* Water - 1/2cup

*Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1tsp

*Dry red chilli - 6

*Garlic - 6

* Gingelly oil - 3tbsp

* Mustard and Urad dal - 1tsp

*Hing powder - pinch

*Curry leaves Few

*Salt


METHOD

Take a Pressure, Pan. Add Onion, Tomato, Tamarind, Dry red chilli, Water, Kashmiri chilli powder, Salt, Garlic and Gingelly Oil. 



Mix well. Keep medium flame and cook until 3whistle.

After pressure release, open the cooker lid and allow it to cool and grind it smooth paste without adding water. 


After grinding the paste, take a Kadai and heat oil, add Mustard oil, urad dal and curry leaves.

saute well. After that add the ground smooth paste and cook for few mins. finally, add hing powder and switch off the flame.


Now serve with hot hot Idli or Dosa.
