Home Made Bun Recipe/ Eggless Ladi Pav Recipe/ Bun  without Oven/Milk Bun






Today i am going to show you how to make Bun recipe at home without using oven. I have used Idli plate which will be very easy to make. . Here i didnt add egg but it is very softy softy.. and taste is excellent.. and fresh. This bun is used for pav bajji, and also for snacks you can give to kids by applying jam or butter on it. The texture of this Bun is awesome. Kids will sure love it. 
Here i have added milk and sugar so it will be little sweet. It is also called Milk bun or bakery bun. 



Cooking Time : 25mins
Preparation Time : 30mins
Resting Time : 2hours


INGREDIENTS 
1. Maida - 1cup

2. Sugar - 2tbspn

3. Instant Dry yeast- 1 & 1/2tsp

4. salt pinch

5. Warm milk - 1/2cup (125ml)

6. Ghee or Butter - as required 


Method

1. Take a large bowl. Now add maida,instant dry yeast, Sugar,Salt and Mix well. 

2. Now add warm milk and mix well and knead to soft dough.

3. Now transfer the dough in work area or big chopper board and add little butter and knead it for 5 to 10mins. 

4. Knead till it becomes soft.. add extra butter ghee or oil if required.

5. Now keep this soft dough in a oil/ghee applied bowl so that it won't stick while taking out.

6. Apply little butter on the dough and allow to rise  for 2 - 3hours. 


7. After 3hours take the dough out and again punch it for a while to release the air out. 
8. Divide the dough into four equal parts,make a ball  and place it in idli maker.

9. Now cover it and again allow it to rise for 30mins to 40mins. 

10. Cover the kadai and preheat it for 15mins. Keep the  flame in simmer.

11. After heating the kadai place the idli maker and cover it.




12. Bake for 20 to 25mins and keep the flame simmer to medium 

13. 

14. After 20mins our bun becomes softer and delicious.

Remove the kadai and apply butter on it and allow it cool
