Mexican Fried Rice Recipe


Restaurant Style Mexican Rice can easily make at home. Mexican Rice is also called Arroz Rojo or Spanish Rice. This is rice is traditional from Mexico as a main dish. This easy Mexican fried rice is served as the main dish and with papad, no other side dish is required for this. 
The taste of this Mexican fried rice is so yummy that kids will definitely enjoy it while having this yummy dish. 

                                 





Mexican rice is one of my fav dishes. The flavour of this dish is really amazing.  Here I am going to show you how to make restaurant-style Mexican fried rice. It's very easy to make with simple ingredients.

INGREDIENTS


  •               Tomato – 2

    ·          Onion – 1

    ·          Oil - 2tspn

    ·         Butter - 1tspn

    ·          Garlic - 10

    ·         Cumin powder- 1 tspn

    ·          Pepper powder - 1tspn

    ·         Salt to taste

    ·         Capsicum - 1/4cup

    ·         Carrot- 1/4cup

    ·         Sweetcorn - 1/4cup

    ·         Red kidney beans - 1/4cup

    ·         oregano- 2tspn

    ·         chilli powder - 1tspn

    ·          coriander leaves few

    ·         Basmati rice- 1cup

    ·          water - 2cups


Method

1.     Boil the tomatoes in a saucepan for 10mins.

2.     Cook Until Skin peels.

3.     Switch off the flame when it is well cooked.

4.     Take out the tomatoes and keep them aside

5.     Remove the skin of tomatoes.

6.     Add chilli powder and grind it smoothly without adding water.

7.     Tomato puree is ready now

8.     Take a Kadai and heat it.

9.     Add oil and butter.

10. Heat it for a while.

11. Now add garlic chopped.

12. Mix well so that garlic raw smell go. 

13. Add chopped onion and mix well. 

14. keep the flame in medium.

15. Add salt, cumin powder, pepper powder and mix well. 

16. saute for a while.

17. Now add soaked basmati rice and mix well.

18. Cook for 1min.

19. Now add all Vegges. (sweetcorn,rajma,capsicum,carrot)

20. Combine well.

21. Now add tomato puree and mix well.

22. Add Oregano and combine well.

23. Add water and mix it well

24. Now keep flame in sim and cook for 20mins.

25. After 20mins open and see whether it is cooked well or not. 

26. If it is cooked well then switch off the flame.

27. Serve Hot with papad or onion raitha.

         Peel the skin after it cools down

            Add chilli powder 

         Grind smoothly 

      Take a pan and heat it

        Add oil 
                           Add butter 

                           Mix well 

       Add Chopped Garlic

             Add chopped onion 
   

                     Mix well

                            Add salt 

                 Add Cumin powder 

                       Add pepper powder 

      Mix well 


      Add basmati rice 


                     Mix well 
                      Cook for 1min
                    Add all Vegges 

                             Mix well 
                       Add tomato puree 


 
                      Add  Oregano powder


                            Mix well

                        Add water

               Close and cook for 25mins

                             Ready to Serve 
                   Serve hot with papad
